As the official photographer for the National Culinary Center (NCC), I have the opportunity to document the journey of our students as they become chefs. It’s an amazing process to witness and I’m grateful to be able to capture it through my photos.
One of the things I love most about my job is that every day is different. I never know what I’m going to be photographing until I walk in the door. One day I might be photographing a group of students in the kitchen, and the next day I might be photographing a special event.
No matter what I’m photographing, I always try to capture the emotion and excitement of the moment. After all, that’s what cooking is all about – turning a passion into something delicious that can be shared with others.
